這次的比賽是我第一次出國比賽,是一個很棒的經驗,為了這次的比賽,也下了不少的功夫,很感謝Chris跟Leo的提醒,所以這次做的調整感覺非常不錯,我要好好的記住這種感覺. 出國比賽真的很不簡單,要準備很多,不論是心理上還是生理上的! 富士山位於的時區跟我們台灣差1小時,好險!沒有差很多! 讀全文 Read the rest of the story �

I can’t believe I won Mt. Fuji!

It feels so good and it is such a relief to have won such a famous mountain. There are much harder mountains around the world, but none are as universally famous as Mt. Fuji. I can finally say:
“I won Mt. Fuji!”

The Fulong race is a good race. It has 2 tough climbs close together and does not allow anyone to hide in the pack. This kind of race has proven to be well suited for the team.

星期五晚上跟彥儀坐火車去福隆，上了車人擠人只好把車隨便丟一邊。

下車後沒想到龍頭居然被弄鬆了，好險有發現不然就有趣了。
